Vanessa is truly a miracle worker. I had no idea what to expect heading into my first session with her. But right away she explained the format of her sessions and walked me through not just each step but the meaning, intention and impact behind it. 

I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention what a perfect (and rare to find!) blend of neuroscience and philosophy Vanessa brings to the table. She is incredibly knowledge on the brain patterns and cognitive limitations that can hold us back and caused me to question many of my day-to-day behaviors. I am still, over a week later, ruminating on many of the revelations she helped me come to. An underlying idea of her teachings cover the power of the mind to help us achieve the impossible -- who can't get behind that?? And beyond that, she breaks down tactical approaches to aid us in getting there. 

I elicited more meaning and self-reflection in my time with Vanessa in one session than I have in an entire month-long course covering similar concepts. I so look forward to my next one with her and can't wait to see what else we'll uncover!!

I find it hard to put into words exactly how profound my experience was with Vanessa. I had been seeking "therapy" or subconscious work that would still intertwine my spiritual beliefs and my session with Vanessa completely encompassed it all. My NLP sessions with Vanessa felt very natural and went deeper than expected, I didnt feel like I had to try to do anything, I was a bit nervous going into it, as I didn't know much about NLP and the subconscious. But it was so comfortable, and I immediately felt at ease. My sessions were specificially to quit smoking and Vanessa used a lot of great imagery during my session to create negative attachments between smoking cigarettes and other activities that scared me away from smoking again.
